It happens to the best of us: sometimes, our passwords just leave our brains! To help you get students back in the platform quickly, we have added a feature that allows teachers to reset student passwords. You can see the process in the quick screen recording above.
To reset student passwords, first navigate to Manage > Students. Check the box next to their name, and a bar should appear at the bottom of your screen. Click the Change Password button, and you can enter a new password for the student.
We recommend changing student passwords to something simple like kirakira123 - once they get logged in, they can then change the password to something secure that they will remember. We have a short video that shows how to change your password.
