Multiple Modes of Content Delivery
Kira has a wide variety of options for delivery content and interactivity on the platform - teachers can embed videos (with or without interactive checkpoints), images, Google files, PDFs, and more.
Kira also has many different interactive components, allowing multiple means of engagement and representation. Whether it's a whiteboard, a free response, a read and chat, a drag and drop, or something unique built from an action tile, teachers can customize their lessons for all learners.
As long as the toggle is turned on, any text in a Kira lesson or course can be highlighted and read aloud to the student.
Images and template support features ways to display content differently, such as support for color blindness and fonts like Open Dyslexic that make reading easier.
Kira AI Tutor
Our AI tutor provides personalized feedback to students when they request it, based on the efforts the student has made in a coding exercise so far. This cutting-edge technology ensures that students don’t remain stuck on a problem for too long and helps them find success in their own way.
AI Tutor supports both text-to-speech and speech-to-text, and will respond to students in the language they are using.
AI Tutor will intervene if students have gotten several questions wrong without asking for help, will highlight text in the lesson itself to redirect students when they ask questions, and will generated worked examples and extra practice as needed.
