Logging into Kira with Google Classroom

If your school has an integration set up between Kira and Google Classroom, you can sign in to Kira directly from the login page using your Google Classroom account. This guide walks through each step.

Before you begin:

  • Your school's Kira and Google Classroom integration must already be set up.

Step 1: Choose Google Classroom

On the Kira login page, select Continue with Google Classroom.

Step 2: Enter your email

Enter your email address and select Next.

Step 3: Kira finds your workspace

Kira locates your Google Classroom workspace and redirects you to Google to log in.

Step 4: Choose your Google account

Choose the Google account you'd like to sign in with.

Step 5: Continue

On the next screen, select Continue.

Step 6: Allow access

Review the access Kira is requesting, then select Allow.

What happens next

First time signing in: You'll be taken to the onboarding flow, where you can set your preferences (such as your country, profile, and organization details). This gives Kira the information it needs to tailor the experience to you.

Returning user: If you've signed in before using Continue with Google Classroom, you'll go straight to your Kira homepage.
