AI Tutor Settings, Hide Content, Step Numbering

What is it? With our new AI Tutor Settings, teachers can adjust the level of support provided by the AI tutor based on attributes of specific students, like reading level. What does it mean? Kira's AI tutor has historically provided the same level of support for all students. But in reality, students in the same class may have different reading comprehension levels and learning styles. This new feature allows Kira's AI Tutor to meet students where they are and provide more personalized feedback and guidance for students. |

What is it? Lessons and steps can now be hidden and unhidden from your students' view as-needed. What does it mean? This ensures students only have access to the units and steps you want them to at any given time. Hiding steps gives you more control over the pacing of lessons by preventing students from skipping too far ahead or getting distracted by material you aren't currently focused on. |

We received some feedback from teachers that there were a few inconsistencies in step numbering in different parts of the platform. We've made some improvements to ensure that step numbering is now consistent everywhere, whether you’re in the course view or the Gradebook. Note: You may notice some changes to certain step numbers to accommodate this change. |
