AI Teaching Assistant

We’re incredibly excited to introduce Kira’s AI Teaching Assistant, a new tool designed to better support teachers in guiding students through coding challenges with confidence and precision.

What is AI Teaching Assistant?

Now in the Student Support Tab, teachers can monitor each student’s progress in real time, view live student code, and provide immediate, tailored assistance.

The AI Teaching Assistant helps you take supporting students a step further, offering targeted intervention prompts and suggested solutions, enabling you to provide impactful guidance, right when students need it.

How can I use it?

For coding activities in all Kira courses, our AI Teaching Assistant empowers you to:

Track your class’s progress
View a student’s work live
Get AI-powered, personalized guidance tailored to a student’s specific challenges and learning style
Ask Kira AI follow-up questions on how best to explain a concept to students or give additional support for an error
