When students forget a password, you as a teacher have the power to reset it!
It happens to the best of us: sometimes, our passwords just leave our brains! To help you get students back in the platform quickly, we have added a feature that allows teachers to reset student passwords. You can see the process in the quick screen recording above.
To reset student passwords, first navigate to your Roster and then find the student by scrolling or searching their name. Check the box next to their name and a bar should appear at the bottom of your screen; click the Change Password button and it will allow you to enter a new password for the student.
We recommend changing student passwords to something simple like kirakira123 - once they get logged in, they can then change the password to something secure that they will remember. We have a short video that shows how to change your password.
