How to Enable Translations in Your Browser

Need Kira Learning in another language? Here’s a quick guide to help you set up automatic translations in your web browser.

Note: Translations do not apply to code content in the Code Editor. However, video subtitles and transcripts in multiple languages are available in the video settings.

Setting Up Translations by Browser:

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
  2. Select "Translate" from the menu.
  3. Choose your language in the pop-up.
  4. Optional: Check Always Translate to make it automatic for future pages.

Firefox 🔍 

  1. Open the page you want to translate.

  2. Click the Translate icon in the address bar.
  3. Pick the language you need.

Safari (iPads/Macs) 🔍

  1. Click Translate in the Safari address bar.
  2. Select your language.
  3. For future translations, go to System Settings to set your default language.

Microsoft Edge 🔍

    1. Click the Translate button in the address bar.
    2. Choose the language to translate the page into.

    By following these steps, you’ll be able to view Kira Learning’s content in your preferred language. This will make it easier for teachers and students, whether you're supporting ELL students or navigating in a different language.
